1 - cut a batch of pre-cooked yuca into 2-inch chunks
2 - fry until golden and crisp
3 - drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt

1 - cut a square of prepared puff pastry into four 2-inch squares
2 - dollop 1 teaspoon of nutella on one corner of the square
3 - moisten edges with water and fold into a triangle to seal
4 - bake until puffy and golden
5 - dust with powdered sugar

Bloody Mary
in a tall glass with ice, add 1 shot vodka, fill with spicy V8, sprinkle with celery seed, Worscheshire sauce and squeeze in a wedge of lime. Stir with a celery stick.
